Al-Ashraf Primary School and Nursery is a happy and successful setting with a warm, family-oriented ethos. We are a close-knit team where staff, children, and families work together like one school family.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will work alongside our EYFS team and School Leadership Team, while liaising regularly with parents and other stakeholders.
Applicants must hold a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification. A Level 3 qualification is preferred; however, suitable Level 2 candidates who are willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification will also be considered.

As an Islamic nursery and school, the successful candidate will be expected to support and uphold the Islamic ethos and values of the setting. An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Islamic practices and culture would be beneficial.
Hours to be confirmed and may vary depending on staffing and nursery requirements from September 2026.
Working patterns remain subject to change according to the needs of the setting.
