Let's talk about the journey,
All the way to alveoli.
You breathe in air,
That's oxygen, I swear.
To get to the lung,
The trachea is where your flung,
Yes, it's true,
The windpipe is where we went through.
Don't get confused,
Two words for the same part have been approved.
The bronchi are two,
They do the same thing for you.
Air is what they carry,
It travels to the lungs, how merry.
Why is there a tree?
So many branches I can see.
The bronchioles is where we are,
The amount of branches is bizarre.
Don't feel screwed,
Through the branches air is pursued.
At the end,
Alveoli has the greatest trend.
Alveoli are tiny air sacs,
600 million is the max.
They come at the tip of each bronchioles,
They aren't that hard to notice.
How you breathe is this way,
Your lungs do this every second of your day.
