Year 8 explored the wonderful world of illusion and optical art this term looking at Brigit Riley and Victor Vaserley's works for inspiration. They enjoyed learning about this experiential and at times immersive and emotive style of art producing many original pieces during their own experiments. They also had a go at 3dimensional illusions and have created some impressive outcomes.
